Inprova will conduct a full audit of your procurement function, reviewing internal processes and policies, sourcing plans, systems, supplier management, risk and contract management. The output from this process is to create a Priority Action Plan, with clearly defined actions, timescales and responsibilities in order to support effective implementation.

Regular reviews and audits throughout our relationship ensure the continual development of your procurement strategy. Contractual obligations will be tracked throughout the contract management life cycle, with improvements and enhancements leveraged to meet your needs. We will regularly analyse performance and supplier information in order to identify additional savings and efficiencies and we will continually benchmark against expenditure.
